      Dr. Yu is a Senior Associate Professor in Finance at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). He holds a PhD from Monash University and specializes in corporate finance, governance and disclosures. His work appears in high-ranking journals (Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, European Accounting Review, etc.) and has been presented at leading conferences (AAA, FMA, SMS, etc.).
